When our owner and President Shamsheesh Suhas immigrated to the United States as a young man, his biggest heroes were the rock stars of the 1970s and the unique possibility America offered to every musician with a dream—the open road and the possibility of conquering the world.

He started SugasCorp in 1996 as an extension of his love of automobiles, customer service, and the idea that he could hop into his sports car with nothing but his trusty Stratocaster and an amp and go anywhere his heart desires.

These days, being a husband and father, he isn’t a cowboy riding on a steel horse anymore. But he still finds time to pursue his music with his band Jotil. Suhas is also an active member of the vibrant Maryland Bangladeshi community and engaged in various charitable works.
